I can always find my center when I am at the ocean.

all words that come to mind when I think of being there, with the sea. no matter where the path ahead leads...it's the place I can return to again and again to come home to myself.

Me too! Me too!! Great picture!
ReplyDeleteso powerful, your list of self-evidence...indeed, such wisdom in not only the words, but the knowing that they are connected to the ocean, and to you.
ReplyDeletebeautiful!
In Dana Point, California, there is a place I love to go - the jetty... and whenever I have needed insights or wisdom or the touch of the divine when anywhere remotely near Dana Point, I go there and just sit, listen, and enjoy the spray of the ocean and its call.
ReplyDeleteOnce I went there after two weeks of being sick and became well. It was/is incredible - as is your witness of yourself...
This is my first June Blog Challenge post!
thank you Karen :)
ReplyDeleteDian that connection is so strong that it can't be denied or ignored :)
Julie! That picture is taken in Dana Point. :)We'll have to commune there with the ocean together sometime.
The sea during a storm. That overwhelms me. I feel at peace canoeing on a gentle river. I think I need to be near water.
ReplyDeleteAmy I get the most lovely picture in my mind of a canoe on a gentle river. Bodies of water are magical.
ReplyDeleteI just love your blog! There's so much inspiration and information. I'm going over to Dian Reid's blog! Feels good to know there are more of "US" out there.-)
